Every day at 13:00, 19:00 and 21:00 (server time). It lasts 60 minutes. A center-screen announcement shows how many minutes are left.

== Tips ==
- Prepare in advance: pick a good spot and already be there when the hour starts.
- Combine Happy Hour with your exp buffs (Seal of Ascension, Blessing of Light) and pets - the bonuses stack.
- 60 minutes pass fast - do not waste time in town.
